• Server & Channel IDs: To store bot settings and identify AI-enabled channels.
• User IDs: For command usage tracking, permissions, and moderation logs.
• Message Content: We do not access message content outside approved channels. Processing only occurs when:
  1. A message is sent in a specific AI-enabled channel.
  2. It is part of an active conversational session or safety check.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Operate and improve bot features (excluding training on user messages).
• Respond to user commands and generate AI responses.
• Apply server-specific settings and moderation rules.
• Provide real-time safety features (spam/harm detection).

3. Data Storage & Security

We follow strict security and data minimization practices:

• Temporary Processing: Context is stored in RAM only and cleared after inactivity or restart.
• Immediate Discard: Single slash commands are processed and discarded immediately.
• Encryption: Persistent data (IDs/Configs) is stored on encrypted servers.
• No Training: We do not train AI models using your Discord data.

4. AI & Message Processing

When using AI features:

• Only messages in admin-approved channels are processed.
• Content is transmitted to AI providers temporarily for response generation only.
• Providers are contractually bound not to train on this data.

5. Your Rights & Controls

You maintain full control over your data:

• Request deletion of stored server data at any time.
• Opt-out of optional features.
• Remove the bot to instantly wipe server-related configurations.

6. Third-Party Services

Chat AI integrates with:

• Discord API: To operate bot features.
• AI Providers: For generating text and image responses.
